The firemen, cops, and the community all win with an event like this. Glad to see it. Hope the parents of New Canaan youth bring them out to watch and get involved. Win/Win/Win.

I’m voting for the Firemen. They seem to have more time to workout and strength is a requirement. As a cop, I’d go for speed, strength and agility in that order. After being an expert marksman of course. Hope you’re wrist recovers quickly; it’ll mess up your bench press pursuit and maybe stone lifting.

Finished up my 3,100 push-ups and 1 hour of plank in May last night. This morning, knocked out my 100 air squats and 2 minutes of flutter kicks. The air squats were a bit easier than last month's push-ups but the flutter kicks were a bit harder than last month's plank. Onward.
