My doctor perscribed Clomiphene, but I'm researching Enclomiphene as a better alternative. I wonder taking it for longer term, how did you handle the Estradiol build up over time? Your published data here is much appreciated btw.
I would be very interested to learn his reaction but I think you're on the right track with enclomiphene. I take regular blood panels and my estradiol has been level. In fact, enclomiphene does not lead to a buildup of estradiol.
Yes. 1) I don't like injections so much and 2) prefer the idea of using pharma to stimulate natural production which is going well. So happier with enclo but open to just injecting T.
Yes, I needed a prescription. I measured it monthly with a Tasso home blood test starting before treatment. You can get both the blood work and script via Maximus.
Thanks. I read through the Maximus web site. Is the therapy needed indefinitely, or can you stop after a say three months and expect your T levels to maintain at a higher level?
I feel really good. No side effects that i can detect. Still progressing on most lifts, feel generally happy and relaxed. Glad you recommended, since pushing 50 y/o I know body changes are ahead at some point.
Do you combine Pregnenolone with the Enclomiphene? I have been using Preg for a while as and I see Maximus likes to use it in combo with Enclo.
Yes. 👍🏻

Hi Chris, did you consider T injections?

I appreciate the reply Chris. I’ve been injecting for about 5 years and may give enclo a try.
Please let me know if you do; it might be a great option.
Hi Chris, really interesting. How did you measure baseline and later LH? Blood test, urinalysis? And did you need a prescription for the treatment?
Thanks!

Indefinitely. If you go off, levels revert.
Any concerns about long-term production of T by your own body? See the graphic on T replacement .
No, not on enclo. But 100% on TRT.
Much appreciated. Will look into it. I'm about to turn 41 and working to learn more about how to keep it going for a long time.
Posting some feedback on enclo treatment. Started 6 weeks ago taking 15 ml/day.
Baseline T: 503 ng/Dl
Current T: 1112 ng/Dl
Seems like it works.
Great results! That is exciting to hear. So glad it is working. How you do feel?

No. You can stay on enclomiphene citrate full-time.
I would 100% try it. After you’re done having kids, there are many more options but for now enclo is your best bet.
