In terms of supplements, outside of creatine (which I'm assuming is your nos 1), what's the rank order of supplements that you've found to be most useful. Multi/vitamin D? Collagen?
I used to think that old men who shuffle-jog make themselves look silly and they should give up and walk. Then I found that as I blew past 60 I could no longer do what I used to do. I started walking instead of jogging because I could no longer shuffle-jog myself. Recently, I found that I was able to shuffle-jog again for about 30 minutes instead of only one minute. I recently started drinking Celsius and wonder if that had anything to do with it. I don't see anything in the drink that would do that but I don't know about sports physiology anyways. What do you think about Celsius increasing endurance?
I recently had a surprise heart attack and got stented (I'm 60, fit, and exercise regularly and have no risk factors) and am now on an aspirin regiment. I quit my Maximus program till I figured out if it made sense to continue . Just wondering if you are still on Maximus and general thoughts.
Have you looked at work of Dr Longo or tried Prolon /FMD ?
Not yet to either.
How do you manage between being selfish with time vs time with family?
Thoughts/approaches on time management to fit all the things in?

What do you do to keep from sitting at the computer all day? (How do you keep it from capturing you?)
Good Morning Chris!
