Over training is real, but it is probably easier said than done. Thanks for the warning as I want to stay at it as long as possible. I avoid road running on asphalt and sleep eight hours per night for recovery. In theory, I'd take a rest day if necessary. Culturally, I wish more people would risk over doing it, but even if it is definitely possible, it doesn't appear to be hitting epidemic proportions at least in my part of the US.
