Could you share the routine you do with the psoas muscle release tool? Is it a few minutes laying down on it and then things loosen up? First time learning of this and could be helpful. Thanks for sharing!

For the workout, it’s the 150 calories then 5 burpees then 120 calories then 5 burpees and so on?

Saturday is our one partner workout for the week -- so we split the cals and do 5 burpees each time we trade off. So part of the strategy involves how many times you choose to switch. We went with fairly minimal transitions each doing cals in increments of 50, 25, 30, 30, 30, 15, 30.
