Could you share the routine you do with the psoas muscle release tool? Is it a few minutes laying down on it and then things loosen up? First time learning of this and could be helpful. Thanks for sharing!
I follow this -- Unlock Your Psoas with PSO-RITE: Step-by-Step Guidehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94gDUBdK_3Y It is intense but effective. Focus on breathing helps, releasing the muscle on exhalation timed with using your body weight and gravity to apply pressure.
Saturday is our one partner workout for the week -- so we split the cals and do 5 burpees each time we trade off. So part of the strategy involves how many times you choose to switch. We went with fairly minimal transitions each doing cals in increments of 50, 25, 30, 30, 30, 15, 30.
We've been in a bit of a soft spell for a while, but here's an earlier great one that they did 14 years ago. This latest one makes me hope that we're getting something back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYx_rv-6Mto (h/t Dan Loeb)

For the workout, it’s the 150 calories then 5 burpees then 120 calories then 5 burpees and so on?
