Hi Chris - No experience with fruit trees, but recently came across some info on Tom Brown who is actively finding "Lost" heritage apples. You may already be familiar with him. He has rediscovered 1200+ mostly in the NC and surrounding regions. You can purchase trees for some of these to help them stay viable. Also, in your travels, you might want to do some searching. It also might be fun for the children to explore (looking or growing). https://www.applesearch.org/
What was your source for enclomiphene? You need an Rx for exogenous testosterone. Do you get it from your doctor, or from an external mail order source?
Chris,In regard to your inability to get air into your lungs, have you ever been tested for sports induced asthma? I only ask as I ran into situation similar to what you describe. I had some narrowing of the airway when exercising at high heart rate which limited my exihilation. It felt like I couldn't get air into my lungs in reality I couldn't get air out. I would try to over compensate by breathing extra hard and would end up sort of hyperventilating.
My episodes became more and more frequent. From reading and talking with experts I believe I was training above lactate threshold too frequently. Being in that zone left me in more of an acidic state which increasingly impaired the relaxation of my airway muscles... Maybe not all related to what you are experiencing, but sharing my experience in the event that it might be useful.
Thanks for commenting. That diagnosis hasn't come up, but I've been tested for everything. The background is that I've been almost without any major health problems for my whole life but had blood clots in my lungs last year; while I'm on blood thinners now, the clots scarred and inflamed by lungs. So I'm pretty sure I know what's going on. Even so, recovery is uneven so bad days can still sneak up on me.
Good move making productive use of the soil around your abode. No better way than to know your food (where it came from/how it was grown). For a very interesting read, and perhaps some guidance for varietal selection, "Eating on the Wild Side".
