Nope, I have the slightly older Gripzilla version so don't know the difference. I love slackline -- I have a long one I tie around trees in Maine. It is awesome for core stability and strength. When I'm camping / climbing, it is my evening camping, staying lose for climbing activity. I get a bit fidgety when people are just drinking/talking around the campfire so it gives me an activity that I enjoy but semi-social where I can stay within earshot of people just socializing and chime in when I want. The little one is a modest approximation but just another thing for me to do at my desk. Specific benefit (this more to the long one that ties to trees): balance/core strength/breath control. I really helps me stay calmed and centered as it instantly punishes panic. I use and prefer the Manta Pro -- it is better for side sleeping (I'm a rotisserie chicken sleeper -- flip from back to side to front to other side all night). I have another one I use for laying out in the sun a few minutes each day. It is great for that especially because it is light and breathable so it even works on warm days. That on my head plus Ranger panties as my getting sun outfit gets lots of family members volunteering to get the mail because they're too embarrassed that I might walk down the driveway too close to anyone who might see me...
Thank you as always for the posts, Chris!
A few questions on the products:
- it looks like they redesigned the grips on the Gripzilla! Have you tried the new one or do you know anyone who has it?
- what do you use the slackline for / have you noted any specific benefits?
- with the manta, have you switched to the slim from the pro? Notice any differences?

The protein shakes are the best I've ever found. Ingredients - "milk" period.
I love them.
Good post. Absolutely always want to come home to family safe and sound, or at least breathing and not in a box.
