Remembering Fallen Warriors
Never leave a man behind
I turn 50 this year. To celebrate, I’m participating in the Boston Frogman Swim to honor and raise money in support of the Navy Seal Foundation. This combines some fun with a physical challenge and support for the worthiest of causes.
We’ll swim across Boston Harbor. The Boston Frogman Swim is a 5k open water swim and fundraiser that supports the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF), a 501(c)(3) with a four star rating by Charity Navigator. 100% of the net proceeds will go directly to support the mission of the NSF.
I ask for one thing from my family, friends, and readers: please give something to support the NSF mission of providing critical support for the warriors, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare. Please click here and give what you can but please give something.
Want to join me? You can register here. NSF offers terrific events including their Range Day the following month. If you served or want to help those who served, NSF combines effective support with inspiring events where you not just meet but participate alongside heroes such as Jonny Kim.
I want to raise $5k and want your help to do so. This would be a fantastic birthday present to me and more importantly would be a small token of gratitude in support of those who have given the most to our country. Please help. Thanks to each and every one who does. I won’t forget you.

"Never quit!" indeed; thanks anonymous donor. I'm grateful.
Hell ya, Chris! I did this swim in 2024... such an awesome experience. I had the honor of having the daughter of my Fallen SEAL next to me during the swim as my support kayaker. Being able to see her smiling during the final stretch made it all worth it. Good luck and let me know if you're around Boston before or after the swim.
