Haven’t had any personal experience with the panoramic NVGs, but the 31s on that site are hot fire! I felt like I had great situational awareness in just about every scenario I used them. I didn’t realize how reasonably priced the are (comparatively speaking).
Good luck w/ the eyes. I second Boyan T's question below, knowing how much research you do. And, what is the rush? fwiw I wear my glasses on the mats so I can see the move of the day, and take off for anything w/ a partner.
Those magnesium gummies have 6g of sugar. I take Vitamin Shoppe magnesium threonate personally. Seems to work well as I never show up deficient on blood tests.
Yes, waaay to much sugar; essentially candy. Good for bribing kids if nothing else. The Vitamin Shoppe ones are far better (disclosure: I am an investor in Vitamin Shoppe in the recently completed LBO).
Curious how you calculate the risk reward on the SMILE procedure - it seems like all laser eye correction types have a ton of stories out there of negative outcomes and horrific side effects even in instances where the patient was told they were a great candidate. There’s a group at Columbia working on a procedure that doesn’t require a corneal incision but unclear when they’ll complete clinical trials and it’ll be a viable option - https://vukelicgroup.me.columbia.edu/research-projects/laser-assisted-noninvasive-permanent-vision-correction.
I bet you’ll meet your goal of 720 push-ups so I’ll say 735! Recovery shoes are so great. I have been wearing the OOFO ones a lot which seem pretty similar to the Hokas.
Ephesians 4:17-32 KJV. This is what I think of when you talk about darkness. And Epstein who turned himself over to the darkness will spend an eternity separated from the love of God.
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

100%. Must be horrible to not be ready to fight at night.

Re. magnesium, I like this one right before bed: https://bluebonnetnutrition.com/products/magnesium-glycinate
Thanks for the magnesium link. That is what I'm doing with glasses too but just getting frustrated taking them on and off...

I wish I knew the timing on that. Maybe I could participate in the trials. Contacted them to ask... Thanks for the idea!

Feels so so so good to get running shoes off, especially if they're wet and muddy, before driving home.

Also, I am going to start strength training.
Have a great day!
