Welcome. Please report back on Monosil! I am eager to see what the results are of this promising new supplement. Mine arrived yesterday so I'm on 400 mgs/day for the next six months to test its efficacy.
Hey Chris! I find this blog so interesting and have tried a bunch of your recommendations - I have the liver jerky, use your recommended water bottle, etc. I’m very curious about the Monosil. Interesting about your experience with the CGM. I am on a year plan and wear one from Nutrisense. I eat a low carb diet but one thing that is interesting to me is that my blood sugar is extremely reactive to stress. For example, I had an argument a few weeks ago that was high pressure and it was like I ate cereal beforehand or something. Hope all is well!
I have noticed the same -- good and bad stress --. Mine spikes when I lift weights or have a rough work day. Stress is the problem I'm left with after I get other stuff squared away. I know it matters but it is more subtle to fix. That might be the one that I'm least optimized on.
Demuth is the guy...that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs
I will take 4.28566331 × 10 to the 12 m / s.
Happy to have found your blog through reference at Seeking Alpha. I’m going to try the Monosil suggestion - thanks.
