Glad you are back. Hard to be patient, but that is the key here. Progress will happen, but not as fast as any of us want. Do you mind sharing who you are working with at HSS? Interested for my shoulder. Thanks!!
Thanks. Helps to get out in the sun a bit. Also was impossible to ratchet my hunger back far enough for when I was immobile so got fat. Feels better to be back on the rails and more than anything to be reconnected with friends. Isolation makes everything worse.

So happy to read your post and hear that you are feeling better and getting back into your groove! Keep the faith my friend! Stay strong!
Very happy that you are back and as always inspiring! The key is to listen to your body and let the mind take you further.
Glad you are back in the saddle, but remember “safety first” because you have many years of life to get through.
Wise.

Glad you are back, Chris. I missed your posts. You can't keep a good man down!
Thanks, Pete.
Excited to hear about your progress going forward. Your missives motivate me to move/play/work harder.
That makes my day!

Thanks me too.
Good to have you back!

Glad to see this post and that you are on the mend, getting after it. Love the kintsugi metaphor.
