Great post. I've seen the phrase "leave it on the shelf" used a few times lately.

Here's a short video (one minute) of squat legend Tom Platz explaining his technique:

This is a great post. I’m always looking to add to my arsenal of desk exercises. I think I will be ordering a dynamo for myself and a couple of my kids!

Curious what type of sauna you went with? I’ve been looking at them for awhile. I think I would like to have one in the house but I’m kind of running out of space.

I go to the sauna at my local town YMCA. Dynamo: I love it -- needs occasional oil and tightening but well built, will outlast me, and scorches my forearms.

Always psyched to read these, Chris!

Very curious about the Moroslim - how did you hear about that one / any recommended research on efficacy?

Also, down in the weeds, but here's a fun little paper you might enjoy related to biology as subset of physics: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10701-020-00333-9

Most weight loss claims are BS and most OTC products with weight loss claims are especially suspect, so this one surprised me: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8838101. I look forward to reading the paper you linked to.
