On supplements, I have been a fan of 1000 mg L-Citrulline, once a day, for exercise recovery for OG's like me (61 yrs). It has made the difference between being able to lift, or not, due to post-workout soreness. Too many OG's do not workout due to the soreness. This supplement makes it possible.
