A recent double-blind placebo-controlled cross-over study concluded that a 20 mg daily dose of cannabigerol (CBG) generally decreases anxiety and stress and improves verbal memory, with no evidence of subjective drug effects or impairment.

I'm curious what you make of it.

Sounds promising. This is the first study on it I've read. So far have not experimented with it but find the anxiety/stress topic a frustrating one. I think that I spend a lot of time/money/effort on health and fitness that I throw away with stress and anxiety. I have not nailed solutions for managing it yet.

Another great post. Two questions...

1. Magnesium Glycinate-is the dose 300-400mg ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM from magnesium glycinate or 300-400mg of MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE, providing much less actual magnesium? I see some supplements provide just a magnesium glycinate number, while others provide both the actual magnesium amount from magnesium glycinate.

2. In the supplement stack, I see your Amazon Store has Morosil blood orange extract. Is this mainly a C3G? It's not cheap, has it really provided you with benefits? Would consider if you think it's really something that noticeably moved the needle.

Thanks Chris!

Thanks.

1. 400 mg Magnesium Glycinate. Also described as 60 mg of magnesium (as magnesium glycinate). So the latter.

2. It is not mainly a C3G. It is the combo of C3G in anthocyanins, flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids, ascorbic acid, and carotenoids that together helps with weight management and lowering fat accumulation.

It isn't cheap. Yes it really provides me with benefits. Mild, but also no/little negative side effects so I like the risk:reward. For this and all supplements: first dial in everything free. After 8 hours sleep, clean fuel, hard training, and enough recovery only then tweak with this and that supplement for a mild edge.

Stop Eating Like a Slave. Start Eating Like a Human should be the basis of any FDA eating pyramid. Great resource, thank you for sharing.
