Yes (I'll write it up in detail in a subsequent post): https://amzn.to/3RGWJEm. Apple newly came out with a watch that works for trail running with enough battery life, good fitness tracking features, and a good sleep monitor (earlier generations had such short battery life that I often outran them and needed to charge when I was sleeping.
I'm an android person but this watch is the closest I've been to switching to an iPhone and the whole Apple ecosystem. I'm sure there are some Android compatible watches out there so I'll look around. Thanks!
Someone really into the topic could certainly cobble together a combination of hardware/software that would work elsewhere but the nice thing about Apple is that it is so plug-and-play for someone like me not that patient or interested in tech (same was true when I got my Peloton -- friends really into the topic told me that there were better bikes and programs, but I was not that interested and just preferred paying once and having everything set up and more-or-less what I wanted).
Fair points. I've just gotten so wrapped into the Google Ecosystem not sure I want to extricate myself. Mail, docs, calendar etc etc. Doesn't work quite as well on Apple as native Google.
"This morning was six rounds, not for time:
8 dumbbell bench as heavy as possible
12 barbell rows as heavy as possible
50 ft Sled Push 405 lbs. 50ft"
Is that a CrossFit workout or from some other source?

Chris, do you have a way you measure "sleep efficiency"?
