New reader of the blog so forgive me if you have answered this before. You seemed to imply that your reminders were based on scientific studies. Do you have sources for the two following
-Weigh myself daily. (I've seen this one mess up a few great athletes.)
No and no (at least not on me at the moment). Stuff that works for me. Weighing: really just like to know PBF and don’t worry about minutiae as much as trends. Eggs: high protein early in the day is satiating for me and helps me eat only intentionally and hit the macros and cals I want. All of this probably seems crazy to most people — both my goals and my tactics to achieve them.
Please keep us posted on how your body comp analysis matches up with your InBody readings. I've been interested in finding a good tool for that but have heard they can wildly inaccurate. Curious to see what you discover! Happy New Years!
To quote Dory from Finding Nemo, “Just keep swimming “ or pushing, lifting, running or whatever you are doing to stay fit & strong!
Perfect.

Doesn't seem crazy to me. Best of luck and thanks for the explanation!

So far the Apple watch and InBody data all holding up after 2.5 hours of testing on various gold standard clinical tests.
Will do.
11.1a - no sand bagging when lifting heavy. Challenge/Push your self. 😛
I hear your voice in my head whenever I reach for a light weight!
Think you've said this before somewhere, but what's your preferred way to get caffeine in your system?
I like cold brew with a scoop of whey.
