New reader of the blog so forgive me if you have answered this before. You seemed to imply that your reminders were based on scientific studies. Do you have sources for the two following

-Weigh myself daily. (I've seen this one mess up a few great athletes.)

-Six eggs daily. (This seems crazy to me!)

No and no (at least not on me at the moment). Stuff that works for me. Weighing: really just like to know PBF and don’t worry about minutiae as much as trends. Eggs: high protein early in the day is satiating for me and helps me eat only intentionally and hit the macros and cals I want. All of this probably seems crazy to most people — both my goals and my tactics to achieve them.

Please keep us posted on how your body comp analysis matches up with your InBody readings. I've been interested in finding a good tool for that but have heard they can wildly inaccurate. Curious to see what you discover! Happy New Years!
