What good is being rich if your health is in such poor shape you can't enjoy it? I think we all know someone who did well for themselves financially and then kicked the bucket in their 50's or 60's from heart disease.

I think I may have read it here but Warren Buffet's quote on the topic has really stuck with me: https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/587506-when-i-was-sixteen-i-had-just-two-things-on

Sneaky with hiding the 2.5s....like it.

Young F'er: "No reason for 2.5lbers, if you can do that you can add a real weight"

Older and slightly less beligerent F'er "2.5s are a savior to progress"

Also, "tall, jacked, and rich" is the trifecta. Not everyone can be blessed with #1, but a wise man once said, 2 outta 3 ain't bad (although he only had 1 of those)

Grass > grain. This was specifically just pointing out the value. My primary hookup for steaks is grass fed and finished. Sauna: just traditional dry sauna at 175 degrees.

Chris mentioned it - but 'grass fed' can be a marketing gimmick as many times it means "we fed some grass...until it was a few month from slaughter where we jacked them up with grains"

Grass fed AND finished is what you want if paying up. our 2 cent
