My goal is to share as much value as possible on my journey to optimize performance and healthy longevity. I never intend to charge anything. However, I am competing in a 1-hour push-up contest this weekend to raise money for kids with cancer. I won’t get in the habit of asking you for anything, but I’m asking you for this: please give something. We are a small band of brothers (and sisters) but I hope everyone can give something.
Been off line , and find the "sub-stacking" thread lines a little hard to follow, but I understand you're gonna "push-up" some lovin towards sick kids? Would this be a per-push-up contribution or just a flat donation? Don't wanna miss this one way or another.
Just as an FYI.......ever been to a children's hospital? More humbling than even facing one's own mortality. "Hole in the Wall" is just what these kid's need , joy, love, joy love, love, joy (mix it up)!
