Reflecting
What do I want out of fitness? I want to look better, feel better, sleep well, then wake up with energy to face the next day. I also want to be able to say a one word answer of “yes” to any invitation to do something cool with friends whenever it pops up, no matter how challenging. This morning one did with only a day left to commit. So yes to this:

Training
Ran trails for three hours this morning.
Sundays are a bit light at CrossFit. Whiteboard:
As many rounds as possible 3 x5
6 strict pull-ups
8 sit-ups
10 dumbbell snatches 50 pounds
Rest 1 in between AMRAP’s. Pick up where you left off.

Hi Chris, just wanted to check in if you won the lottery on the Eiger? Any plans on shifting your current training regimen to incorporate more running/hills?
I'm also signed up for the E101 but I'm currently based in Asia so will play it by ear (entered the lottery just in case as I've wanted to do this one for a while)
