Now getting ready for a jiu jitsu private lesson. We alternate gi and no-gi days, but today are working on some non-BJJ MAA stuff, mostly muay thai. Cooking for myself for the first time in a while. Made venison sausage and eggs for breakfast and going to grill bison burgers for dinner. Interested in trying trail running? Next Saturday’s could be particularly good, running around Slide Mountain in the Catskills.
